Mr. Genovese is the founder and owner of BG Capital Group Limited and BG Capital Management Corporation, both based out of the Barbados. Originally from the farmlands of Northern Ontario, he is currently residing in Paradise Island, Bahamas. At the age of 25, Mr. Genovese founded his first company. He went on to establish the Investor Relations Group (IRG) in Vancouver, British Columbia where he positioned privately-held and undervalued companies to compete in the public arena. With an increasing amount of business being done in the United States, Mr. Genovese sold his interest in IRG in 1995 and founded BG Capital Group Limited. Mr. Genovese has over 15 years of mergers and acquisition experience. His portfolio companies hold assets of over $200 million and generate revenues in excess of $150 million. BG Capital Group Limited has their head office in Nassau, Bahamas and associate management offices in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, Florida.

Mr. Markin is the Chief Executive Officer of BG Capital Management Corporation since April of 2005. Mr. Markin is also currently serving as Chairman of the Management Board of the Neptune Management Corporation. Prior to his appointment as Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Markin served as Chairman since September 1999 and was the Chief Executive Officer/President for Neptune Society. From November 1994 to September 1999, Mr. Markin was the Executive Vice President of TPP Management Inc., a private investment company, having a diverse portfolio consisting of residential/commercial real estate, merchant banking, and securities. His expertise included corporate management, corporate development, research and marketing. From January 1991 to November 1995, Mr. Markin was the Owner and CEO of a commercial real estate company, which secured and managed a portfolio of 400,000 square feet of real estate. He was also the co-owner of one of the largest direct marketing companies in Canada, which was subsequently sold to the Financial Post. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Markin was the founder and CEO of Markin Development Group, a growing development company focusing on construction of multi-family apartment buildings and commercial offices. Mr. Markin graduated from Bishop College, Montreal in 1982. He also attended the University of British Columbia's Science Program.

Mr. Sobczak joined BG Capital Management Corporation this year in the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sobczak was selected for this position due to both his experience as a CFO and his high expertise in auditing and accounting. As a CFO, one of his primary responsibilities included the computation of monthly net asset valuations for a hedge fund and the subsequent reporting to both foreign and domestic investors. One major achievement as Chief Financial Officer was Mr. Sobczak's involvement in the monetization of a business through its sale to a public company in 2001.

Mr. Sobczak served for four years as the Chief Financial Officer for an asset management firm, Deephaven Capital Management located in Minneapolis, Minnesota from April 1997 to June 2001. During this four year period, the fund grew from one hundred million dollars to greater than one billion dollars under management. The fund was a multi-strategy hedge fund trading primarily in domestic and foreign convertible securities. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for a professional options market making firm Arbitrade, LLC. from April 1997 to June 2000. Prior to this, Mr. Sobczak obtained over ten years public accounting experience and obtained a level of Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, LLC. Mr. Sobczak is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States (Illinois). Mr. Sobczak graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1987.
